Description
The Piece
DYEU is a stud earring like a warm signature at the face — strong, clean, and quietly elegant. Coral meets carved horn in a composition that balances Mediterranean intensity with a distinctly modern sense of form.
Design & Silhouette
The silhouette is vertical and elongating — a clear line that frames the face and comes alive with movement. Coral sits as a concentrated point of colour, warm and present. Below, carved horn reads like a softened sculpture: organic, calm, and beautifully balanced in tone. Together, the piece feels instantly striking yet never loud — sculptural, natural, and curated.
Materials & Origin
Coral is one of the iconic materials of Mediterranean jewellery culture — and today it becomes truly precious through careful selection, where density, tone and the calm refinement of the surface matter most. Horn offers a different kind of elegance: not mineral, but organic — warm in colour, light to wear, and always singular in its natural structure. In carving, character emerges because the form is not cast, but shaped step by step. Each element is chosen individually and composed so that warmth and stillness feel in perfect balance — deliberate, never accidental.
Artist’s Note
“DYEU is, to me, a study in warmth. Coral carries that Mediterranean intensity — and horn brings a soft stillness. I love this tension because it feels very clear, yet remains deeply organic.”
Styling Inspiration
DYEU feels most beautiful with quiet textures and reduced silhouettes — linen, silk, or a simple dress allow the materials to breathe. Against white and cream, the coral becomes luminous and fresh; with black or warm browns it feels deeper and distinctly modern. With hair swept up the line turns sculptural; with hair worn down it reads softer and more subtle — always as a warm accent at the face.
As each piece is created as a one-of-a-kind, we can adjust length, proportions and details to your preferences.
Atelier Craftsmanship
From design to material selection and final assembly, each step is carried out by hand in the atelier — across multiple stages. With carved horn, elegance is a question of time: the form, edges, transitions and balance are refined until the piece feels light, yet holds presence.
