The Bora bracelet is a multi-strand one-of-a-kind piece with a warm, focused presence. Five strands of orange coral create a vivid band of colour, while the kauri shell introduces a calmer, more organic tension. That balance between saturated coral and the shell’s natural form is what gives the Bora bracelet its character without making it feel loud. With its elastic 19 cm fit, it sits easily and naturally on the wrist, while the 4 cm height gives the piece visible presence. The effect of the Bora bracelet comes from density, contrast and surface. The five coral strands wrap around the wrist like a soft, animated band, giving the piece volume without heaviness. With the Bora bracelet, I wanted warmth and clarity to sit side by side. The coral brings energy, the kauri shell brings calm, and the presence of the piece comes from that contrast.
The Bora bracelet is especially strong with white, cream, sand, chocolate, black or sun-warmed natural tones. Against linen, smooth cotton, silk or fine knitwear, the coral colour reads with clarity and warmth. It also works beautifully as a single focal point, because the width, the five strands and the shell already give it real presence. Worn with gold jewellery, it feels calmer and more refined; on its own, more immediate and summery. In that way, the Bora bracelet brings colour into a look without overwhelming it.

Each piece is individually handcrafted. In the Bora bracelet, the density, spacing and drape of the five strands need to be balanced carefully so the piece feels soft on the wrist while keeping its form. The kauri shell is not used as decoration alone, but as a considered formal counterpoint within the composition. The gold-plated sterling silver clasp keeps the finish precise and refined. The design is also available in yellow or white gold, and preferences can be noted during checkout.
