Description
THE PIECE
KEA is defined by contrast and clarity: lapis lazuli as concentrated blue, finished with a chalcedony clasp as a calm, light counterpoint. The result feels precise and grown-up—colour with depth, not noise.
With an inner length of 60 cm, KEA sits with presence at the neckline. Six strands add substance while staying soft in movement, reading like a textile surface—structured, never heavy.
DESIGN & SILHOUETTE
The silhouette stays intentionally calm: multi-stranding as surface, not ornament. The clasp is framed in 18k gold-plated sterling silver—warm in finish, clean in line—so the blue remains the focus without turning hard.
MATERIALS & ORIGIN
Lapis lazuli reads through depth and a dense, composed presence. Chalcedony brings a lighter, softer calm at the clasp—an intentional finish that visually “opens” the piece. The 18k gold-plated sterling silver frames the contrast with restrained warmth.
ARTIST’S NOTE
“Studio note: depth comes from one clear decision—and one quiet counterpoint.”
STYLING INSPIRATION
KEA is strongest with white, cream, black, camel and cool greys—where the blue reads most precise. Especially refined with silk, smooth knitwear, or under a clean blazer.
If you add jewellery, keep it minimal (small studs, slim hoops) so the neckline stays calm and the surface can do the work.
ATELIER CRAFTSMANSHIP
Each piece is individually handcrafted. KEA features lapis lazuli with a chalcedony clasp, finished in 18k gold-plated sterling silver. Also available in yellow or white gold (price on request). You can note your wishes at checkout.
Care: let perfume/hand cream absorb first, protect from water, heat and knocks, and store the collier dry and separately.
As each piece is created as a one-of-a-kind, we can adjust length, proportions and details to your preferences.
