The drop shape is long and elongating — framing the face with a clean line and responding to movement with every gesture. Onyx reads as a deep black plane, almost velvety in its stillness, gaining strength through precision rather than effect. The length gives the earrings a self-possessed presence: minimal in form, maximal in impact.
Materials & Origin
Onyx is all about density and clarity — a stone that doesn’t rely on colour variation, but on surface, depth, and a calm, almost graphic effect. What matters is the quality of the plane: even, saturated, without visual noise, so the black feels like an intentional decision. The setting in 18k gold-plated sterling silver adds a warm counterpoint and contours the stone with precision, without overpowering its purity.
