Overview / Returns and Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

Conditions for returns

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging and be complete (including accessories, documentation, packaging, etc.).

Items excluded from returns

  • Jewellery items that have been custom-made or modified at the customer’s request.
  • Collection items that were reproduced at the customer’s request due to unavailability.

Partial refunds / depreciation

In certain cases, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund, for example:

  • if the packaging is damaged,
  • if accessories are missing,
  • if the item shows signs of use that go beyond simple inspection or trying on.

The exact amount deducted will be communicated to you before the refund is issued.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days to the original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company and, if necessary, your bank (it may take some time before a refund is visible).
  3. If you have checked all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@sonnia.it .

Sale items

Discounted or sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Regularly priced items will be fully refunded, provided they meet the withdrawal conditions.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer (as required by law).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Returns are made at the buyer’s risk. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
  • We assume no liability for loss or damage during return shipment.
